We aim to ensure your satisfaction, but due to the nature of our digital services:

Refunds

• If you are unsatisfied, you may request a refund within the first 3 days of purchase.

• No refunds will be processed after 3 days from purchase.

Cancellations

• You may cancel a booked session at least 6 hours before its scheduled time.

• Missed sessions without notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.
