Group classes follow a fixed program with multiple participants in one session — more affordable but less personalised. 1-on-1 is just you and your coach with a plan built specifically for your goal and pace.
Yes! You can join both programs for ₹3,999/month total. Many clients do both for a complete training week.
Most sessions are bodyweight-friendly. A yoga mat and some space is enough for most classes. Dumbbells or resistance bands are optional for the Strength program but not mandatory.
Yes! We can arrange special NRI-friendly timing sessions on request for the same price. WhatsApp us to discuss your time zone.
Sessions are live — missed sessions cannot be replayed. But there are multiple sessions per week so you can always catch another day's session within your weekly plan.
